Getting Ready to Go

Let me explain the name of my blog, "37 Years Later". In the summer of 1973 I traveled to Europe with my former husband and we camped throughout the continent for about five weeks. We had an incredibly good time, camping mostly. One of the best things we did was to spend two of those weeks in Italy. I always wanted to return and in just a few days (37 Years Later) I will be joining a group of 15 individuals who will be traveling to Italy to learn more about the Jewish and Christian histories of the country. Some members of the group are students, others are teachers, some are Christian, others are Muslim and a few of us are Jewish. It's a diverse group of travelers that I've only met on Skype. On July 5th we will meet face to face and then begin our odyssey to Italy.
